Some short paths are reserved to protect well-known brands and prevent phishing attempts. For example, lyza.link/amazon/, lyza.link/amzn/, lyza.link/az/, for links to Amazon pages. This increases trust, and also means that users linking to those services have more short URLs to choose from.
